Church LIving Nativity - Christmas 2007
Each year WPPC puts on a "Living" Nativity presentation outside the church. It's held after dark for two evenings and portrays the shepherds in the field, the manger with Mary, Joseph and the baby Jesus, and the visit of the 3 Wise Men. And, of course, there are angels and live critters. This year we had goats, previously we had a camel, too, but Clyde was unavailable. Church members dress up and play all the parts. It's a lot of fun and a yearly tradition everyone looks forward to. While the outside drama is going one (several times during the evening), goodies and drinks are provided in Fellowship Hall. And, we take free photos of families and kids dressed-up in holy land type outfits. Lots of Winter Park residents come as well as our church members. We announce it several weeks in advance in various ways. Plan on coming, we do it every year, you'll enjoy it as well as the kids.
