West Side Story 4-10-2015

Wow! We saw a preview of the Lake Nona High School musical "West Side Story" at Friendship Club today. What an indescribable treat! Our WPPC choir director, Justin Chase, is also the Musical Director at Lake Nona High School and his students came to the church today and presented selections from "West Side Story" which they will present (the entire thing) to the Orlando community in a couple of weeks. It was truly outstanding! My wife and I have been to a lot of professional musicals, shows, the Philharmonic, Shakespeare theater, etc., here and in New York, and these kids were every bit as enjoyable, and, in many cases, more so than the shows we've been to! Wow! What a treat! They were great! And, I almost didn't bring my camera . . .
