Snacks, Fellowship Hall

Snacks. Sounds pretty innocuous. But it's much more than might be imagined. Required - snacks for 120+ people (includes staff and helpers) daily for 5 days. Buying the stuff, transporting it, setting up a distribution scheme. It's all a real challenge and lots of work. But it's well worth it. Both the adults and the kids get a necessary break both to grab some needed calories as well as some rest and unstructured socialization among the various classes. Let's hear it for SNACKS! :>)
