Our Whole Community 9-14-2008

"Our Whole Community" kick-off event was held at WPPC on Sunday, September 14th, 2008. It was sponsored by the Interfaith Council on Community Health and Wellness, a community-wide organization. There were free chair massages!! That was fun. But the real program consisted of garden talks by Tom MacCubbin; fitness demonstrations - stretching, ballroom dancing, line dancing, jazzercise; cooking demos; a health food court; and community garden tours. It was different and fun, lots of good stuff.
